
Refund and Returns Policy

At Elite Jewell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The item has not been altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
- You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and are excluded from this policy. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories, and ship it back to us using the provided label.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the item.
- Refund Amount: If the return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@elitejewell.com or 828-837-6635. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Please note that any damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered under our return policy.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following the steps outlined above.
